What We Offer
Our Fredericksburg, VA commissary kitchen offers both a licensed service area for food trucks and access to a fully equipped commercial kitchen for caterers and food entrepreneurs. Members have access to clean potable water, wastewater and grease disposal, and trash management, along with shared kitchen tools and equipment to support prep and production. We also provide essential supplies such as cleaning products and gloves, so you can operate efficiently without the added overhead.
Designed for reliability, compliance, and real growth, our space allows you to prep, reset, and scale your business in a professional environment—with added opportunities for promotion through our website and social media platforms.
Space is limited, and we intentionally keep our membership small to ensure quality access and support for every member. Once spots are filled, we do not overbook.

Our Food Truck Service Area Membership is designed for food truck operators who need a licensed commissary location to support health department requirements and daily operations.
Membership Includes:
Access to a licensed commissary address for health department compliance
Fresh water fill station
Wastewater disposal
Grease disposal
Trash disposal
Use of the dishwashing area for cleaning food truck equipment and utensils
Mail service with an assigned mailbox/slot (upon request)
Access to designated service area resources
This membership is ideal for food truck operators who do not require kitchen production space but need a compliant commissary solution to legally operate their business.
Please Note: This membership does not include access to the commercial kitchen, kitchen equipment, prep space, dry storage shelves, refrigerator storage, freezer storage, or food truck parking.
This membership operates under a 6-month agreement, providing a reliable commissary partnership while helping ensure compliance with local health department requirements.
Security Deposit: $300
Monthly Membership Fee: $300Space is limited and memberships are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our Commercial Kitchen Membership is designed for caterers, bakers, meal prep businesses, specialty food producers, and other food entrepreneurs who need access to a fully licensed and professionally equipped commercial kitchen.
Membership Includes:
Up to five (5) 10-hour kitchen shifts per month
Access to shared commercial kitchen equipment and tools
Prep space for food production
One dedicated dry storage shelf
Cleaning supplies and gloves
Mail service with an assigned mailbox/slot upon request
A licensed, professional environment that supports health department compliance
Additional 10-hour shifts may be purchased for $100 per shift, subject to availability.
Refrigerator and freezer storage space is available for an additional monthly fee, subject to availability.
This membership operates under a 6-month agreement, providing reliable access to a professional kitchen while supporting the growth and stability of your business.

Membership Includes:
Up to five (5) 10-hour kitchen shifts per month
Access to a licensed commissary address for health department compliance

Grease disposal
Trash disposal
Use of the dishwashing area for cleaning food truck equipment and utensils
Access to shared commercial kitchen equipment and tools during scheduled shifts
Prep space for food production during scheduled shifts
One dedicated dry storage shelf
Cleaning supplies and gloves
Mail service with an assigned mailbox/slot upon request
A licensed, professional environment that supports health department compliance
Additional 10-hour kitchen shifts may be purchased for $100 per shift, subject to availability.
Refrigerator and freezer storage space are available for an additional monthly fee, subject to availability.

For those who don’t need a full membership, we offer flexible hourly access to our commercial kitchen.
This option includes:
Access to shared kitchen equipment
Cleaning supplies and gloves
A professional, licensed space for short-term use
Perfect for:
Occasional prep
Testing new menu items
One-off production needs
This option is designed for short-term use only and does not qualify for establishing a health department license or commissary agreement. Operators requiring licensing must enroll in a qualifying membership.
(No long-term commitment required for this option.)
Our Process
1. Submit Your Application & Schedule a Tour
Start by completing our membership application so we can learn more about your business. From there, you’ll schedule a tour to see the space, ask questions, and make sure it’s the right fit for your needs.
2. Review & Sign Your Contract
Once approved, you’ll receive your membership agreement outlining your selected plan, terms, and requirements. This ensures everything is clear before getting started.
3. Secure Your Membership
To reserve your spot, a security deposit equal to one month’s membership fee is required. This locks in your membership and start date.
4. Receive Health Department Paperwork
After signing and securing your membership, we’ll provide the necessary documentation for your health department submission. This process typically takes up to 30 days, depending on your licensing needs.
