Our Food Truck Membership Plus combines our service area access with our commissary kitchen membership, giving operators a complete, compliant foundation to run and grow their business.
This 6-month membership includes clean water, wastewater disposal, grease disposal, and trash management, along with full access to our licensed commercial kitchen, shared equipment, and one dry storage shelf. Health department registration is included to keep your operation fully compliant.
Members receive five (5) kitchen shifts per month (up to 10 hours each), with additional shifts available for purchase as needed. Use of available refrigeration during scheduled kitchen time is included when space permits, with dedicated cold storage available for an additional monthly fee.
